I have found the registry scan to be very quick, regardless of the number of errors the program found. There are checkboxes you can enable to do all sorts of stuff in addition to clean the registry, like defrag the registry, run a privacy sweep, and delete junk files. Right off the bat, you'll notice, like I did, how much you can do in this program.
